Reflecting on an Incredible Year

As we welcome a brand-new year, we want to pause and reflect on what an incredible season it has been at Abundant Health Chiropractic. This past year was filled with growth, connection, healing, and gratitude — and it’s all because of our amazing patients and community.

This year, our office had the honor of providing over 8,000 chiropractic adjustments and welcoming more than 200 new patients into our care. Each visit, conversation, and milestone reminded us why we do what we do — to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

We’re also incredibly grateful for our expanding team. We welcomed Kelsey and Jaime as Chiropractic Assistants, whose energy and dedication have made a wonderful impact on our practice. We’re proud to have Dr. Jacob continuing to serve alongside Dr. Karen, and we couldn’t do what we do without the daily commitment of Sam and Suzana, who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

New Year, New Goals

The start of a new year is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and recommit to your health. Whether your goals include improving posture, reducing pain, increasing mobility, managing stress, or simply prioritizing yourself again — chiropractic care can be a powerful part of that journey.

We encourage you to take a moment to reflect:

  • How do you want to feel this year?

  • What habits support your long-term health?

  • What small changes can make a big difference?

We’re here to support you every step of the way.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us with your care. Your support, referrals, and continued commitment to your health mean more to us than words can say. We’re excited for another year of healing, growth, and connection together.
