1. Cucumber & Watermelon Salad (Hydration Hero)
Why it’s great: Hydrating, cooling, rich in antioxidants and fiber.
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cucumber, sliced
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Handful fresh mint
Juice of 1 lime
Optional: crumbled feta
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients together. Chill before serving. Enjoy as a side or light lunch!

2. Blueberry Chia Pudding (Make-Ahead Breakfast)

Ingredients:

½ tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
